3. Login


You have the option of setting up login details (customer access details). You may need to log in if e.g. you wish to place an order with us. In this case, we collect data that you enter in the “Login setup” page, in particular company, street, house number, postcode, town/city, country, title, forename, surname, email address, telephone number (where applicable) and a password (hereinafter also “master data”).


4. CAD data


To enable CAD displays, we link to the services of CADENAS Konstruktions-, Softwareentwicklungs- und Vertriebs GmbH, Berliner Allee 28 b+c, 86153 Augsburg, Germany (hereinafter simply “CADENAS”). For this purpose you must have access to CADENAS. You can set this up directly on the CADENAS website.


5. Orders


In the context of an order we use the data from your Login (see point 3) to process this order.


This data is collected, processed and used by us in order to send you the goods ordered and to send you the information required by e-commerce law by email.

Transmission of data to CRIFBÜRGEL

Within the framework of this contractual relationship, we shall transmit personal data collected in connection with the application for, performance and termination of this business relationship as well as data on non-contractual or fraudulent conduct to CRIFBÜRGEL GmbH, Radlkoferstraße 2, 81373 Munich, Germany.

The legal bases for transmitting this data are Article 6(1) point (b) and Article 6(1) point (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data may only be transmitted on the basis of Article 6(1) point (f) of the GDPR in cases where doing so is necessary for protecting the legitimate interests of our company or third parties and does not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject who requires protection of personal data. Data is also exchanged with CRIFBÜRGEL for the purpose of fulfilling statutory duties to perform credit checks on customers (see Sections 505a and 506 of the German Civil Code).

CRIFBÜRGEL also processes the data it receives and uses it for the purposes of profiling (scoring), so that it can provide its contractual partners in the European Economic Area and Switzerland, as well as any third countries (provided that the European Commission has made adequacy decisions on them), with information that can be used for purposes such as assessing the credit standing of natural persons. Creditreform Boniversum GmbH

Unser Unternehmen prüft bei berechtigtem Interesse Ihre Bonität. Dazu arbeiten wir mit der Creditreform Boniversum GmbH (nachfolgend Creditreform) zusammen, von der wir die notwendigen Daten erhalten. Im Auftrag von Creditreform teilen wir Ihnen bereits vorab dazu folgende Informationen gemäß Art. 14 DSGVO mit:

Die Creditreform ist eine Konsumentenauskunftei. Sie betreibt eine Datenbank, in der Bonitätsinformationen über Personen gespeichert werden.

Auf dieser Basis erteilt Creditreform Bonitätsauskünfte an uns als Kunden. Zu den Kunden gehören beispielsweise auch Kreditinstitute, Versicherungen, Telekommunikationsunternehmen, Inkassounternehmen und Versandhäuser. Im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen wird ein Teil der in der Auskunftsdatenbank vorhandenen Daten auch für die Belieferung anderer Firmendatenbanken, u.a. zur Verwendung für Adress-Handelszwecke genutzt.

In der Datenbank der Creditreform werden insbesondere der Name, die Anschrift, das Geburtsdatum, ggf. die E-Mail-Adresse und das Zahlungsverhalten von Personen gespeichert mit dem Zweck, Auskünfte über die Kreditwürdigkeit der angefragten Person zu erteilen. Der Anfragende muss sein berechtigtes Interesse an der Kenntnis dieser Informationen glaubhaft darlegen. Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1f DSGVO.

Sofern Daten in Staaten außerhalb der EU übermittelt werden, erfolgt dies auf Basis der sogenannten „Standardvertrags-klauseln“, die Sie unter folgendem Link:

Die Daten werden zunächst in der Regel für drei Jahre gespeichert. Danach wird geprüft, ob eine Speicherung weiterhin notwendig ist, andernfalls werden die Daten taggenau gelöscht. Im Falle der Erledigung eines Sachverhalts werden die Daten drei Jahre nach Erledigung taggenau gelöscht.

Eintragungen im Schuldnerverzeichnis werden gemäß § 882 e ZPO nach Ablauf von drei Jahren seit dem Tag der Eintragungsanordnung taggenau gelöscht. Berechtigte Interessen der Speicherung im Sinne des Art. 6 Abs. 1f DSGVO können sein: Kreditentscheidung, Forderung, Bonitätsprüfung, Versicherungsvertrag, Vollstreckungsauskunft.

Sie haben gegenüber der Creditreform ein Recht auf Auskunft über die dort zu Ihrer Person gespeicherten Daten. Soweit diese falsch oder unvollständig sein sollten, haben Sie Anspruch auf Berichtigung oder Löschung. Kann nicht sofort festgestellt werden, ob die Daten falsch oder richtig sind, haben Sie bis zur Klärung einen Anspruch auf Sperrung der jeweiligen Daten.

Sofern Sie Ihre Einwilligung zur Verarbeitung der bei der Creditreform gespeicherten Daten gegeben haben, haben Sie das Recht, die Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen. Durch den Widerruf wird die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund Ihrer Einwilligung bis zu dem etwaigen Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten nicht berührt.

Sollten Sie Einwendungen, Wünsche oder Beschwerden zum Datenschutz haben, können Sie sich jederzeit an den Datenschutzbeauftragten der Creditreform wenden. Dieser wird Ihnen schnell und vertrauensvoll in allen Fragen des Datenschutzes weiterhelfen. Sie können sich auch über die Verarbeitung der Daten durch Creditreform bei dem für den Freistaat Sachsen zuständigen Landesbeauftragten für Datenschutz beschweren.

Die Daten, die Creditreform zu Ihnen gespeichert hat, stammen aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen, von Inkassounternehmen und deren Kunden.

Zur Beschreibung Ihrer Bonität wird von Creditreform ein Scorewert aus Alter, Geschlecht, Adresse und ggf. Zahlungserfahrungen gebildet. Die Kunden der Creditreform nutzen diesen Wert für eigene Kreditentscheidungen.


Die Verarbeitung der gespeicherten Daten erfolgt aus zwingenden schutzwürdigen Gründen des Gläubiger- und Kreditschutzes, die Ihre Interessen, Rechte und Freiheiten regelmäßig überwiegen oder dient der Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen.

Nur bei Gründen, die sich aus einer bei Ihnen vorliegenden besonderen Situation ergeben und nachgewiesen werden müssen, können Sie der Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten widersprechen. Liegen solche besonderen Gründe nachweislich vor, werden die Daten nicht mehr verarbeitet.

Payment service providers


We work with the payment service provider PAYONE. Payments are processed via BS PAYONE GmbH, Lyoner Straße 9, 60528 Frankfurt/Main, Germany. In line with Article 6(1) point (b) of the GDPR, we pass on the information you have provided as part of the ordering process as well as information about your order to PAYONE. Your data is passed on exclusively for the purposes of processing payments through PAYONE as the payment service provider and only where doing so is necessary.

16. Customer satisfaction questionnaire

Your satisfaction with our services within the scope of contract performance is especially important to us. We perform customer questionnaires to determine if we have met your expectations and to optimise our service during contract performance. To carry out the customer satisfaction questionnaire, we provide to a contracting processor the first and last name of our contact person in the company as well as the name of your company and, if applicable, the corresponding department and company address. The contracting processor sends the customer satisfaction questionnaire by post and evaluates the questionnaire. If you participate in the questionnaire and this drawing, your name and address are also used for conducting the drawing, especially for sending you the prize if you win.

The legal basis for use of the data is art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) of the GDPR, as determination of our customers' satisfaction is a legitimate interest for us to optimise our service in contract performance. After the questionnaire and drawing are completed, the contracting processor will delete the person-related data. Use of your data for customer satisfaction questionnaires does not result in longer storage of your data at our company.

17. Your rights

You have at all times the right to be informed, at no cost, about whether and, if yes, what person-related data KIPP has processed regarding you.



You have at all times the right to rectify your data that KIPP has stored.


…Erasure and restriction (art. 17 and art. 18 GDPR)

You have at all times the right to demand erasure of your data that KIPP has stored. KIPP will then delete the data unless KIPP is entitled or obligated to store the data for other reasons. Correspondingly, you can demand that KIPP restricts processing of the data.


…Transfer (art. 20 GDPR)

You can demand from KIPP at any time that KIPP makes available to you your person-related data that you have provided and that KIPP has automatedly processed based on your consent. You can then transfer this data to other companies. On request – and if technically possible – KIPP can also transfer the data directly to the company you have named.


…Right to object and withdraw consent (art. 21 and art. 7 para. 3 GDPR)

If your person-related data has been processed based on legitimate interests in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, you have the right under art. 21 GDPR to object to processing of your person-related data if there are reasons resulting from your particular situation. If KIPP uses your data for direct advertising, you can object to this at any time without providing a reason. You can at any time withdraw the consent that you granted to KIPP for processing your person-related data.

If you believe that processing of your person-related data is contrary to law, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authorities.
