HEINRICH KIPP WERK is expanding its product range with the new locating pins with ball attachment and internal thread (K0350/K0351), a sophisticated solution for precise and repeatable joining. The bolts are ideal for applications in assembly aids, fixtures and clamping systems - wherever components need to be joined securely and accurately.
Advantages in the application
The ball at the tip ensures reliable centring, compensates for positional and angular errors and thus reduces the so-called drawer effect, i.e. tilting during joining. The result: significantly simplified assembly processes and greater process reliability - even under difficult conditions.
Thanks to the internal thread (optionally with a blind hole or through-hole), the studs can be mounted flexibly and detachably - for example on base plates or in fixtures.
With this new product, KIPP provides a practical, modular solution for modern production environments that places the highest demands on precision and flexibility.
